Inform Transform exists to complement the work of social service and healthcare professionals who are in a position to support, care for, or provide treatment to children, young people and families who are in need of trauma-informed, LGBTQ+, and culturally affirming support, mental healthcare, or educational services.

Our practice is grounded in almost 20 years of direct client work, supervision, program leadership, and training across a range of community mental health settings; and over 10 years of collaboration and leadership as part of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network.

Inform Transform is here to support caregivers, practitioners and organizations serving children, youth and families who have experienced trauma, focusing on the following areas:

  • Organizational & systems level practice

  • Client engagement and direct support practices

  • Clinical training and consultation
